Outfitter's LIMITED RETURN POLICY:
The following 30-day Return Policy applies only to sales of new Inmarsat terminals or new Iridium phones: Except for equipment purchased ON DISCOUNT
OF ANY SORT [at volume discounts] and unless otherwise agreed in writing, Inmarsat or Iridium phones or terminals purchased as new and that are returned
to Outfitter Satellite within 30 days of the original sale and found to be unused, in good condition, and in the original packaging will be accepted for return with
a 20% restocking fee.
Outfitter's POLICY ON NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS: There will be no refund for any equipment that is purchased as used or that is custom ordered. All used equipment is sold as is, and all sales of used equipment are final. There will be no refund for any new or used equipment purchased as part of an exchange involving a previously returned item. There will be no refund for new or used equipment sold at a volume discount or at a distributor discount. Purchasers of Globalstar and Iridium equipment are advised that there is potential risk of the complete loss of the value of their purchase in the event of financial failure of the service provider and that there will be no refund on any Globalstar equipment.

Shipping and handling fees and any activation fees will not be refunded. All returns must be accompanied with a Return Authorization number issued in
writing or by fax from Outfitter Satellite, Inc. and will not be accepted otherwise.
